Griffith Institute for Drug Discovery (GRIDD) is a world-class research facility with a reputation for research excellence in platform technologies, and early stage and pre-clinical drug discovery. GRIDD researchers have world leading expertise in medicinal chemistry, natural product chemistry, chemical biology, synthetic biology, bioinformatics, target identification, high throughput screening, high content imaging and preclinical and clinical capability. The Institute houses major national drug discovery resources, including Compounds Australia, the ACRF Centre for Compound Management and Logistics, NatureBank and Mass Spectrometry Screening Facility.
